"A little goes a long way. I use this highlighter for a touch of shimmer as an under brow highlighter, and I place just a bit on the center of my bottom lip, and the top of my top lip to set my lipstick in place, and add the illusion of fuller lips. Play around with the product, and have fun with it. I'm sure it will become a makeup fav of yours in no time!"
